Home Review with a Written 'To-Do-List'
We will come to your home and do a complete walk –through consultation. You will receive a prioritized detailed report of the items that we suggest you take care of before putting your house on the market. This includes home exterior, basement and all main living rooms. You benefit from our real estate industry expertise, our keen eye and once you receive the report……the rest is up to you!
Onsite Styling & Accessorizing
We will make an on-site visit to assess what is required to optimally show your home. Next we discuss this with you and book a convenient time to return to work our magic. We will spend approximately 4 hours preparing your home to be market – ready in a manner that will appeal to more prospective buyers. This service incorporates activities that range from furniture re-positioning, overall neutralizing, and at times room use and redesign. It also includes accessorizing from our vast and fabulous collection of contemporary pieces, linens and stylish decorative articles.
Full Furniture & Room Design
We can rent, deliver and install full rooms of furniture, accessories and whatever else is required. The scope of this service is different for every house depending on specific requirements. We can even arrange for the rental of one much needed piece for you, such as a spectacular contemporary couch or elegant headboard to give your home the look that sells.
